Atleast 13 killed in Karachi rain related incidents and several others were injured on 3rd August, with flash flood.
Sixth spell of Monsoon in Pakistan and the first brief monsoon showers was started in Karachi at around 7:00 am (P.S.T) with Gusty winds and lightning with Loud Thunder sound. Many areas of Karachi was witnessed of heavy rain and damages including Clifton, Defence, Saddar, Shara-e-Faisal, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Malir, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, North Karachi, F-B Area, F-C Area.After the rainfall, weather of Karachi turned very pleasant.

Heavy thundery rainfalls with fast wind (Around 40 Km/hour) has flooded Karachi and adjoining parts.

Monstrous Damage In Karachi !!!
Flash floods that started on saturday's late night/sunday morning, trigged floods water in numerous localities of Karachi, as well as Surjani city, Safoora Chowrangi, Amroha society, Pehalwan Goth, Gadap town, Sadi Town and in Gulistan-e-Jauhar wherever floodwater entered homes on Saturday's late night/Sunday's morning.
Pakistan Army and Navy controlled flood affected areas of Karachi !!!
Emergency Declared In Karachi also in other parts of Sindh, more than 50+ slums are collapsed by flood water of the Malir river in which 6 people were missing, Pakistan Army & Navy called in for support in drainage of rain water. Pak Army engineers helped relief efforts in Karachi on Sunday wherever roads and streets were flooded and also the town was much paralyzed.It might take quite 2 days to clear up when the water flooded markets, buildings and homes and blocked roads.
Hundreds of cars were seen submerged when poor sewerage and emptying systems obstructed to garbage.
CNG Station collapsed in Gulshan-e-Iqbal during heavy shower:
At least 12 people were reported injured when the roof of a CNG station collapsed near Gulshan-e-Iqbal block-6 (NIPA chowrangi). The roof of the station collapsed as people as gathered under it to shelter themselves from the heavy downpours.
